摘要
新兴的文化产业是中国21世纪增长最快、最具活力的行业。但中国文化产业领域知识产权法律制度的建设现状不容乐观,仍然存在一些问题,需要从提高知识产权保护意识、健全知识产权法律制度体系、加大法律调控和制裁力度等方面对中国知识产权法律制度建设进行完善。
Culture industry is one of the fastest rising and the most vital industries in China of the time.As far as legal protection for intellectual property is concerned,the legal system is not so perfect.So people need strengthen the institutional development by means of improving the awareness of legal protection,perfecting the legal system and reinforcing regulation and sanction efforts.
