摘要
目前我国文化产业知识产权融资还处于初级探索阶段,主要存在包括法律、技术和人才等层面的融资约束、知识产权交易平台不健全以及产业价值链不完整等不利因素。应进一步完善知识产权融资市场,充分结合文化产业的特点与优势,多方面开展利用知识产权融资模式,大力促进文化产业的发展。
Nowadays,the intellectual property right mortgage in culture industry has been still in initial exploratory stage.The financing constraints of legislation,technology and talented persons,the imperfect trading platform of intellectual property right and the incomplete industry value chain are the main disadvantages.Thus we should improve the financing market of the intellectual property right further,greatly combining with the culture industry's feature and superiority,carry out financing methods utilizing the intellectual property right in many aspects,so as to promote the culture industry development.
