摘要
体面劳动其理论性质属劳动文化范畴。体面劳动的提出凸显了加强劳动文化研究的紧迫性。劳动文化学研究必须以大多数劳动者的劳动观念和诉求为根基。劳动文化学主要内容有劳动神圣、劳动和谐、劳动规范、劳动道德、劳动模范、劳动文明等。
The nature of decent work is in the category of labor culture theory. It is necessary to study on labor culture in order to realize decent work. The research on labor culture must be based upon the labor concept and demands of the great majority of laborers. The content of labor culture theory includes sacred labor, labor harmony, labor standards, labor ethics ; labor model, labor civilization and so on.
