摘要
实现劳动者的"体面劳动"是转变经济发展方式、贯彻落实"以人为本"的科学发展观的必然要求。"体面劳动"的前提是广泛而充分的就业。在有业可就、劳动权利得到发挥的基础上,还需要一系列的保障机制来实现"体面劳动",主要有:公平合理的国民收入分配机制、广覆盖多层次的社会保障机制、完善的劳动者权益保护机制。
Realizing laborer＇s decent working is the inevitable requirement to change the economic development mode and carry out the people-oriented scientific development.Extensive and full employment is the premise of decent working.On the basis of full employment and giving full play to labor rights,it needs a series of security mechanism to realize decent working.That is fair and reasonable national income distribution mechanism,broad covering and multi-level social security mechanism and perfecting laborer rights protection mechanism.
