摘要
劳动和资本的关系是现代社会运行的最基本关系。近年来,我国劳动关系矛盾常常发生,根据马克思对资本主义私有制条件下劳资矛盾的深刻解剖,分析社会发展对劳动关系双方力量博弈展现出新的趋势,实现劳动关系和谐首先还要强化政府的支撑力度,逐步建立以个人经济自由为基础的劳动与资本深度合作机制。
The relations of labor and capital are fundamental relations of modern society.In recent years,conflicts of labor relations have been witnessed at a relatively high rate.With Marx＇s in-depth analysis of the contradiction between labor and capital under the capitalist private ownership as a basis,efforts have been made in this paper to analyze the new trends in the game of the two parties of labor and capital in the process of social development.The harmonization of labor relations should first of all rely on the strengthening of governmental support.Efforts should be directed to the construction of the mechanism of profound cooperation between labor and capital with as its foundation individual economic freedom.
