摘要
从图书馆需要与馆员职业生涯需要的整合,图书馆目标与馆员职业生涯目标的整合,图书馆文化与馆员职业生涯的融合三方面阐述图书馆需要、图书馆目标及图书馆文化在馆员职业生涯规划与发展中的激励作用,并提出满足馆员需要,实现目标的新途径。
In the paper, the author expounds the incentive roles-the needs, goals and culture of the libraries from the following three aspects： the integration of library＇ s needs and the needs of librarians＇ professional careers; the integration of the goals of the libraries and that of librarians＇ professional careers; and the amalgamation of library culture and the librarians＇ careers. A new channel to achieve the goals and to meet the needs of librarians has also been presented in the article.
