摘要
从职业生涯的概念入手,论述了在图书馆进行馆员职业生涯规划管理的意义,提出了对图书馆员进行职业生涯规划管理的途径。
Starting from the concept of the career, this paper discusses the significance of carrying out the management of librarians＇ career planning in the library, and puts forward some ways for the library to carry out the career planning and management for librarians.
