摘要
目的:探讨应用水平投照角度不同的2张牙片定位上颌前部埋伏牙的可靠性。方法:对30例上颌前部埋伏牙患者拍摄常规及水平偏移角度的2张牙片,观察埋伏牙影像移位情况,判定埋伏于唇、腭侧的情况,依据判定的埋伏牙位置选取唇、腭侧不同入路开窗手术。结果:埋伏牙相对于参照牙影像移动方向与投照偏移方向相同者位于腭侧,埋伏牙相对于参照牙影像移动方向与投照偏移方向相反者位于唇侧。30例患者的手术入路均正确。结论:用水平投照角度不同的2张牙片定位上颌前部埋伏牙方便、廉价、准确。
Objective：To disscuss the reliability of the two horizontal different direction tooth X-ray for localization of unerupted maxillary anterior teeth.Methods：30 cases with unerupted maxillary anterior teeth were made general tooth X-ray and lateral tooth X-ray.Observed and located the unerupted maxillary anterior teeth,then chose the way to operation.Results：The direction which the image of the unerupted teeth shift was same that of X-ray,the unerupted teeth were located palatal side;On the contrary,the unerupted teeth were located labial side.All the ways to operation were right for 30 cases.Conclusion：It is easy,economical,and exact to locate unerupted maxillary anterior teeth with two horizontal different direction tooth X-ray.
