摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术(three dimensional reconstruction technology of spiral CT,3DSCT)在颌骨内埋伏牙定位及临床应用。方法对26例埋伏牙患者作牙列轴位螺旋CT扫描,应用表面遮盖技术(shadedsurface display,SSD)、多层面重建(multiplanar reformation,MPR)、齿科软件(DENTALSCAN)获得牙体表面立体图像及任意平面,曲面断层影像。结果3DSCT能清晰显示颌骨埋伏牙形态、唇腭侧位置及与牙列、邻牙关系。结论3DSCT无论对正畸牵引治疗、还是颌骨外科手术都具有极为重要的临床意义和发展前景,是显示颌骨内埋伏牙形态的影像新技术。
Objective :To study the clinical value of 3 dimensional reconstruction technology of spiral CT(3DSCT) in locating impacted teeth in bone. Methods :Twenty-six cases with impacted teeth in bone were examined with spiral CT, All cases received shaded surface display (SSD) and multiplannar reconstruction (MPR) method. Results: The reconstruction image could clearly present the dental surface image including crown,root and configuration of impacted teeth, could show the labial or palatal location,and the relation to other teeth in bone. Conclusion:3DSCT can be applied to examine impacted teeth in bone.
