摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT图像重组技术对颌骨埋伏阻生牙的诊断价值。方法:对31例颌骨埋伏阻生牙患者行横轴面薄层CT扫描,采用最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重组(MPR)、曲面重组(CPR)及容积再现(VR)技术进行图像后处理。结果:对31例共38颗埋伏阻生牙,MSCT重组图像均能清楚显示其数量、位置、阻生方位、唇腭侧、萌出方向及与邻牙的关系。结论:螺旋CT图像后处理技术能够正确诊断埋伏阻生牙及其相关情况。
Objective:To evaluate the value of spiral CT 3D reformations for the diagnosis of impacted teeth in maxil lo-facial region. Methods: 31 cases with impacted teeth in maxillofacial region were examined by thin-slice CT scanning and 3D reformations including maximum intensity projection (MIP), multi-planar re formation (MPR), curved planar reforma tion (CPR) and volume rendering (VR) in order to obtain 3D images of arbitrary and curved planes. Results:In 31 cases, the amount, position, orientation, labial or palatal location, eruption orientation and relation with adjacent teeth of 38 embedded impacted teeth can be clearly demonstrated in 3D images. Conclusion:The impacted teeth and correlated information can be provided by spiral CT 3D reformations,it plays an important role for rectification treatment.
