SLIPA喉罩用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者的观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨SLIPA喉罩和LMA喉罩用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者气道管理的效果。方法将在全身麻醉下行妇科腹腔镜手术患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用SLIPA喉罩和LMA喉罩进行气道管理。结果使用两种喉罩术中生命体征平稳,PETCO2、气道峰压Ppeak、SPO2均在正常范围,且无漏气,气道密封性较好。SLIPA喉罩与LMA喉罩相比,置入时间明显缩短。结论 SLIPA免充气型喉罩和LMA充气型标准喉罩都能安全有效地应用于妇科腹腔镜手术,而SLIPA免充气型喉罩操作时间较短,另外不压迫咽部组织,还能适合时间更长的手术。
