摘要
目的:了解本地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染及其对药物敏感性情况,为做好泌尿生殖道感染防治工作,指导临床合理用药提供实验依据。方法:对875例门诊NGU患者按试剂盒说明书采集标本进行支原体培养鉴定及药敏试验。结果:875例标本中支原体阳性386例,阳性率44.1%。其中Uu阳性率:36.2%(317/875);Mh:1.9%(17/875);Uu和Mh均阳性:6.0%(52/875)。男性感染率(33.0%)明显低于女性感染率(49.7%);31岁~40岁年龄组的支原体培养阳性率达到最高峰(52.8%)。药敏结果显示:抗菌药物敏感率较高的是强力霉素、美满霉素,其次是交沙霉素、克拉霉素、阿齐霉素、罗红霉素;而耐药率较高的是氧氟沙星,其次是左旋氧氟沙星、司帕沙星。结论:Uu感染率高于Mh,女性感染率高于男性;处于性活跃期的人群感染率高;药敏结果提示强力霉素和美满霉素作为首选治疗药物。
Objective:To investigate mycoplasma infection of the urogenital tract and drug resistance for prevention of infection and to provide the experimental data for clinical medication.Methods: The samples from 875 NGU infected patients were collected and detected with mycoplasma kits according the instruction.Results: From 875 tested samples,the total positive percentage of Mycoplasma was 44.1%(386/875),among these patients Uu was found 36.2%(317/875),Mh 1.9%(17/875) and the mixed infection by Uu+Mh 6.0%(52/875).The positive percentage of Mycoplasma was found higher in women(49.7%) than men(33.0%),and the infection rate reached the peak value(52.8%) in the age of 31~40 years.Drug sensitivity test showed that:mycoplasma was highly susceptible to Doxycycline and Minocin,next to Josamycin,Clarithromycin,Azithromycin and Roxithromyein,but highly resistant to Ofloxacin,and then Levofloxacin and Sparfloxacin.Conclusion: The infection rate of Uu was higher than Mh,we should pay more attention to women,whose infection rate were higher than man.There was also a high infection rate in the people of sex active stage.According the drug sensitivity test,we suggested that patients with mycoplasma infection should be preferentially treated with Doxycycline and Minocin.
