摘要
目的探讨慢性荨麻疹患者血清中调节激活正常T细胞表达和分泌的IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ的水平及意义。方法对105例慢性荨麻疹患者进行临床评价,采用ELISA法测定30例健康志愿者与105例慢性荨麻疹患者IL-4、IL-6和IFN-γ的含量。结果慢性荨麻疹患者血清中IL-4含量高于正常对照组(P<0.01),IFN-γ含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),IL-6含量与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者血L清中IL-4增高,IFN-γ下降,提示IL-4和IFN-γ在慢性荨麻疹患者的发病过程中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted （RANTES） IL -4, IL -6, IFN -γ in patients with chronic urticaria and their roles in the pathogcncsis of chronic urticari- a. Methods 105 patients with chronic urticaria were inclueled into this studly along with 30 normal human control ELISA was used to study the serum levels of IL - 4, IL - 6 and IFN -γ in normal controls and patients. Results The levels of IL - 4 in the patients with chronic urticaria was higher than those in normal controls （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The levels of IFN - γ in the patients with chronic urticaria was lower than that in normal controls （ P 〈0. 01 ） . There was no significant difference in the level of IL - 6 between the patients with chronic urticaria and normal controls （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The serum levels of IL - 4 is elevated in patients with chronic urticaria, and exhibits a positive correlation tendency with disease activity. A significant decrease is observed in the serum levels of IFN - γ , which hints that IL - 4 and IFN - 3, may play a certain role in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.
