摘要
目的:研究GSTπ表达变化与胃癌生物学行为、细胞增殖指数Ki67和MDR1编码蛋白P糖蛋白表达的相关性。方法:对142例手术前未进行化疗的原发性胃癌进行SP免疫组化染色。结果:发现原发性胃癌GSTπ表达率为894%,其中肿瘤细胞核内染色为134%,核和浆同时染色的为268%,完全在浆染色的为493%。P糖蛋白与GSTπ共同表达率为549%,其中与GSTπ浆表达者的共同表达率最高,达324%(P<005)。GSTπ表达方式与胃癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、细胞增殖指数(Ki67定级)及P糖蛋白表达率成显著的相关性。结论:提示GSTπ不仅可作为多药耐药的标志物,还可作为肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及细胞增殖的标志酶。
Purpose To study the relationship of the expression of GST and the biological behavior the expressions of Ki67 and Pglycoprotein in the primary gastric carcinomas. Methods The expressions of GST and Ki67 and Pglycoprotein in 142 primary gastric carcinomas were investigated using immunohistochemical SP method. ResultsThe expression of GST was found in 894% of 142 gastric carcinomas, the positivity rate stained within nucleus was 134%, both in the nucleus and cytoplasm 268%, all in the cytoplasm 493%. The coexpression rate of GST and Pglycoprotein was 549%, of which GST of cytoplasm pattern coexpressed with Pglocoprotein was the highest which reached 324%. Significant relationships between GST expression pattern and the tumor differentiation, lymph node involvement, the proliferative activity (the index of Ki67) and the Pglycoprotein expression were found in primary gastric carcinomas. ConclusionGST not only is a factor of multidrug resistance, but a marker enzyme of the degree of differentiation lymphnode metastasis and proliferative activity of the neoplasms.
