摘要
为探究相关因素对幼儿教师教学效能感的影响,采用自我和谐量表、领悟社会支持量表、教师教学效能感量表对湛江市135名幼儿教师进行调查。结果发现:1.教学效能感在婚姻状况和职称上达到了显著性差异;2.教学效能感总分随学历水平和职称的提高而提高;3.自我和谐、领悟社会支持、教学效能感之间具有极显著相关;4.自我和谐和领悟社会支持对教学效能感的发展有极其显著的预测作用。
In order to know what influences preschool teachers' teaching efficacy,135 preschool teachers in Zhanjiang have been tested by filling in self-consistency and congruence scale,the perception of social support scale and the teaching efficacy scale.The result of the test shows: 1.the marriage status and academic titles of teachers have a notable influence on their teaching efficacy;2.the total score of teaching efficacy is in accordance with teachers' degrees and titles;3.there is a close relation among the self-consistency and congruence,the perception of social support and the teaching efficacy;4.the self-consistency and congruence,the perception of social support can predict the development of the teaching efficacy.
