摘要
应用型药学专业人才培养中存在诸多问题,导致培养的人才专业实践能力不强、开拓创新精神缺失、对企业认识严重缺乏等。为提高人才培养质量,北华大学建立以市场需求为导向的药学人才培养模式,突出层次化、个性化培养,突出多元化、系统化、前沿性的实践教学内容,注重搭建科研创新实践平台,着力提升学生的实践能力、创新能力和适应能力。
There exist many problems in talent cultivation of applied medicine specialty,which resulted in the low prac tice abilities,lack of expanding and innovative spirits,and weak recognition on enterprises.In order to enhance talent cul tivation quality,the market demand-oriented medicine talent cultivation model should be built,and the stratified and indi vidualized talent cultivation model should be stood out,the pluralistic,systematic and prospective practice teaching con tents should be extruded,the innovative practice platform for scientific research should build to enhance students ＇ prac tice abilities,innovative abilities and adaptable abilities.
