摘要
对电磁传感器的结构参数与其灵敏度之间的关系进行了理论分析研究,阐述了提高其灵敏度的措施.在实验的基础上,确定了其输出电压与激磁信号频率f 之间的最佳关系及其精度与测试范围等.可用于实际生产提高自动焊的质量.
The relationship between structure parameters and sensitivity of electromagnetic sensor has been studied in this paper, the measure that the sensitivity be improved has been put forwarded, in view of experiment, the optimum relationship between output voltage and frequency of excitation signal of electromagnetic sensor has been defined. It can be used reality produce procese.
