摘要
为满足喷雾机器人导航系统的需要,设计了适合温室恶劣环境、结构简单、价格低廉的正弦波信号发生器和电磁感应传感器。利用一对电磁感应传感器的信号电压差值判断机器人行驶的路径。通过实验标定,2只电磁感应传感器输出电压之差ΔU与偏离距离e在±100mm之间非线性度≤0.1。整机运行表明:控制系统工作稳定可靠,满足了喷雾机器人的功能要求。
Simple and cheap sine wave signal generator and electromagnetic induction sensor are designed to meet the needs of the navigation system of spraying robot in the environment of the greenhouse.Signal voltage margin between a pair of electromagnetic induction sensors are adopted to judge the line of the robot.Non-linear degree of the electromagnetic induction sensors' output voltage margin ΔU and the offset e is not exceeded 0.1 within the pale of ±100 mm according to repetition experiments.Experiments explain that the system can work stably and credibly,and meet a demand for the automatic sprayer.
