摘要 针对PCL-1000M立式冲击破碎机立轴在运转中轴与轴承失效导致立轴不能转动的几种原因。一是径游隙碎机在运转中振动过大不能正常工作轴承自身的破裂,二是轴承与立轴轴颈部位配合公差尺寸不合理,三是若径游隙油泵故障供油中断就造成立轴与轴承高温失效。为了解决轴承里套与立轴高温胶合不能拆卸这一难题对立轴胶合部位进行磨削加工、再车削加工。经过修复试运转生产检测结果,保证轴承自身精度,保证立轴轴颈与轴承的配合公差尺寸。保证两台油泵一共一备自动切换。轴承使用寿命延长,解决轴承里套与立轴胶合不能拆卸问题,轴承里套与立轴轴颈不再发生胶合现象。解决了企业因缺少昂贵立轴备件造成停产事故,该修复措失也为生产单位节约了大量资金。 Reasons for the revolving failure of PCL-10000 M vertical impact crusher's vertical shaft include bearing rapture from excessive vibration of radial clearance crusher, the unreasonable size proportion between bearing and journal, and the high temperature ineffectiveness from oil supply stoppage due to radial clearance pump problems. To solve the problem that bearing inner ring and vertical shaft are scuffed at high temperature and can't be disassemblied, the scuffed areas of vertical shaft were ground first then turned. Repaired trial ol^eration results show that bearing accuracy, appropriate size proportion between bearing and journal, autonomous alternation of two oil pumps, long service life, the disassembly of the inner ring from bearing, and no later scuffing are guaranteed. The study helps enterprises prevent production from stopping due to the lack of expensive vertical shaft and save large sums of capital for producers.
