摘要
通过管桩蒸压釜检验实例,对蒸压釜在使用过程中其釜体及釜盖法兰啮合齿根部产生裂纹的原因进行了分析,发现啮合齿的啮合表面的平整度不符合要求造成齿与齿之间的受力不均,另外齿根部位由于结构不连续,处于应力高强度区,使用过程中在交变载荷和温差应力共同作用下萌生裂纹。依据相关法规标准,对蒸压釜齿根裂纹采取了打磨消除以及补焊的处理方式。
Based on pipe pile autoclave testing instances,the causes of crack at the autoclave body and the root of meshing teeth of the autoclave kettle flange in the use of the autoclave were analyzed.It was found that the flatness of the meshing surface of the meshing teeth did not meet the requirements,resulting in uneven stress between the teeth.In addition,the root of the teeth was in the area of high stress intensity due to discontinuous structure,crack initiation occured under the combined action of alternating load and temperature difference stress.According to relevant regulations and standards,the root cracks of autoclave were polished and repaired by welding.
