伤口急救保护剂对猪肢体创面的止血和抑菌研究 被引量:2

Hemostatic effects and antibacterial activity of aerosol dressing for blood oozing wounds of swine limbs

摘要 [目的]评价伤口急救保护剂对猪肢体创伤创面的止血和抑菌效果。[方法]采用切割法分别建立猪臀部凹陷性创面、侧面创面、膝关节处创面等模型。向每个创面喷洒伤口急救保护剂5~10 s,观察止血时间、保护剂膜形成时间、保护剂膜厚度以及保护剂膜是否破裂而继发出血。分别在伤后不同时间取创面软组织及保护剂膜进行组织学检查。建立猪污染创面模型,实验组中向创面喷洒伤口急救保护剂6 s,观察保护剂的抑菌效果。[结果]在喷洒保护剂时间、保护剂膜形成时间、止血时间、保护剂膜厚度方面,凹陷性创面与侧面创面均无显著性差异(P>0.05);但这两种模型与膝关节处创面指标之间却有明显差异(P<0.05)。3种模型的止血成功率均为100%,且均在喷保护剂后10 s左右完全止血,在术后12 h内没有继发出血。组织学检查示喷洒保护剂后保护剂膜下的软组织表现为常规炎症反应。伤口急救保护剂组处理的伤口水肿轻,渗出少,伤后24 h内伤口细菌生长速度均明显慢于纱布覆盖伤口组。[结论]伤口急救保护剂具有止血速度快,止血效果满意,同时具备较强抑菌活性,是一种良好的创面止血材料。 [ Objective ] To evaluate hemostatic elects and antibacterial activity of the wound aerosol dressing(WAD) for blood oozing wounds of swine limbs. [ Method] Three different models of blood oozing wounds were estahlished by means of cutting in swine: concave wounds, lateral wounds in swine hips and wounds across the knee joint. After injury, the WAD was sprayed over the wound models for 5 to l0 seconds. The main indexes,including hemostatic time(HT) ,the fm^nation time(FT) and thickness of WAD membrane after spraying were measured and the WAD membrane was observed to see if it would rupture within 12 hours. Histological study was peformed in three concave wounds at different time points respectively. Models of contaminated wounds were estahlished in swine . The WAD was sprayed over the wounds for 6 seconds to see the bacteriostatic effect. [ Result ] The spraying time, HT and the thickness of the WAD membrane showed no significent difference between the concave wounds and la- tetal wounds ( P 〉 0.05 ). However, the above indexes were significantly different from those of the the knee joint ( P 〈 0.05 ). The rates of hemostatic success were 100% in each of models. The HT was about l0 seconds after spraying,and there was no more bleeding within 12 hours. Histological examination showed that the soft tissue had normal inflammation response after spraying. The wounds treated with WAD had less edema or exudation. Within 24 hours the amount of bacteria in the WAD group was significantly lower than those in the gauze group. [ Conclusion ] The WAD is a kind of promising hemostatic dressing with short HT, satisfactory hemostatic effects and antibacterial activity.
