摘要
目的对中药煅法历史沿革以及现代研究进行梳理和分析,为中药煅法的进一步深入研究提供参考。方法从历史沿革中,以文献挖掘为方法,总结整理了古籍,文献资料以及《中华人民共和国药典》中收录的炭药以及煅法工艺,从煅法的分类,煅法对化学成分的影响,煅法对药理作用的影响等方面分析了不同工艺的差异性。结果中药经合理煅法炮制后其活性成分发生改变,药理活性得到不同程度改善,不良反应相应减弱。结论中药经煅法炮制后,药性得到改善,但不同中药经不同工艺炮制后其判别标准不同,增加了煅法工艺的难度,建议从客观量化的角度探索煅法的各项参数,从而规范判别标准,稳定炮制工艺,从而进一步降低炮制工艺的难度,提升中药炭药的品质。
Objective To sort out and analyze the historical evolution and modern research of traditional Chinese medicine calcining method,so as to provide reference for further in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine calcining method.Method From the historical evolution,with the method of document mining,the ancient books,literature materials and the carbon medicine and calcining process included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China were summarized and sorted out.From the classification of calcining method,the influence of calcining method on chemical composition,the influence of calcining method on pharmacological effects and other aspects,the differences of different processes were analyzed.Result The active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine changed after reasonable calcining method,the pharmacological activity was improved to varying degrees,and the toxic and side effects were correspondingly weakened.Conclusion The medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine are improved after being processed by calcining method,but different traditional Chinese medicine has different criteria after being processed by different processes,which increases the difficulty of calcining method.It is suggested to explore various parameters of calcining method from the perspective of objective quantification,so as to standardize the criteria and stabilize the processing process,so as to further reduce the difficulty of processing process and improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine charcoal.
