摘要
目的:测定石决明、牡蛎、珍珠母三味平肝潜阳药的碳酸钙含量,比较不同产地三者碳酸钙含量,为三者的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:依据2010年版《中国药典》石决明、牡蛎项下含量测定法,采用EDTA滴定法对碳酸钙含量进行测定,并用Kruskal-Wallis检验法对其结果进行分析。结果:碳酸钙含量在0.0210g-0.2021g范围内呈良好线性关系(r2=1.000)。测得石决明碳酸钙的含量在89.85%-94.87%之间,牡蛎碳酸钙的含量在64.61%-96.75%之间,珍珠母碳酸钙的含量在88.71%-94.47%之间。结论:不同产地石决明、牡蛎、珍珠母碳酸钙的含量没有显著性差异,单以碳酸钙的含量作为其评价指标性成分,未能从整体上反映中药的内在质量。
Objective:To detect the calcium carbonate in Haliotidis concha,Ostreae concha and Margaritifera concha,and then compare the contents of calcium carbonate in the three herbs from different areas to provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation of the three herbs.Method:According to the content determination method of Haliotidis concha and Ostreae concha in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 edition,the content of calcium carbonate was detected by EDTA titrimetric method and Kruskal-Wallis test was used to analyze the data.Result:The linear range of Calcium carbonate was 0.0210 g ~ 0.2021g(r2=1.000).The calcium carbonate content of Haliotidis concha was ranged from 89.85% to 94.87%.The calcium carbonate content of Ostreae concha was ranged from 64.61% to 96.75%,and the calcium carbonate content of Margaritifera concha was ranged from 88.71% to 94.47%.Conclusion:There are no significant differences among the contents of calcium carbonate of Haliotidis concha,Ostreae concha and Margaritifera concha from different areas.It fails to reflect the inner quality of the three herbs on the whole with the content of calcium carbonate as the only evaluation index.
