摘要
变型设计与生物遗传存在相似性,针对传统变型设计方法存在的问题,提出基于遗传学的机械产品变型设计。将产品分解与重构理论、产品遗传学思想(包括遗传物质的相关概念、产品基因模型、产品遗传的中心法则、产品基因的选择表达)应用到机械产品变型设计中。以堆垛机为实例,完成了基于遗传学的堆垛机变型设计系统的开发。经实验验证可有效提高设计效率和质量。
As there are similarities between variant design and biological heredity,for some problems with traditional variant design method,the variant design of mechanical products was proposed based on genetics.The product decomposition and the restructuring theory,the product genetics thought(including heredity material related concept,product gene model,product heredity central dogma,product gene choice expression) were applied in the product variant design.By taking the stacking machine as an example,the development of stacking machine variant design system was completed based on the genetics.Experiments show this variant design system can effectively improve the design quality and efficiency.
