摘要
雷达产品具有零部件繁多、型号规格相似等特点,传统的装配方法对装配顺序的制定没有固定的标准。文中在通过层次划分生成装配任务的基础上,提出了基于关系矩阵的装配顺序建模方法和基于零件属性辨识的装配顺序建模方法,分别给出了两种建模方法自动生成装配顺序的程序流程,利用装配顺序建模方法,可自动生成装配顺序,避免了传统装配时错装、漏装的问题,对于雷达产品的装配质量和装配效率的提高具有重要意义。
with the characteristics of many parts,similar models of radar products.The traditional assembly method has no fixed standard for the assembly sequence.Based on the hierarchical division of assembly tasks,this paper presents an assembly sequence modeling method based on relation matrix and an assembly sequence modeling method based on part attribute identification.The procedure flows of the two kinds of modeling methods are presented.Using the assembly sequence modeling method,the assembly sequence can be automatically generated,which avoids the problems of wrong assembly and missed assembly in the traditional assembly.It is of great significance for improving the assembly quality and assembly efficiency of the radar product.
