摘要
提出了装配黑箱理念,介绍了自动装配研究的现状,并通过对零件信息模型、装配模型、装配顺序及装配位姿求解等关键问题的论述,探讨了在CAD系统中实现自动装配的机理和方法。提出了解决零件装配信息表达的“有向装配编码矩阵法”、解决位姿记录的“位姿约束向量记录法”,以及装配零件的权重值、装配母体、装配元素等新方法和新概念,为进一步研究自动装配问题提供了理论基础和方法指导。
