摘要
提出了信息分解转换法,实现了从计算机辅助设计系统到虚拟装配系统的数据转换,并将计算机辅助设计系统的装配体信息分解为几何信息、拓扑信息和装配信息。利用数据转换接口实现几何信息的转换,通过构造五层次拓扑结构实现拓扑信息的转换,利用数据库技术实现装配信息的转换,三者相互关联,形成系统的体系结构。最后,信息分解转换法在虚拟装配实验系统得到了验证,信息转换准确,显示效果良好。
An approach named Information Decomposition and Transformation Method (IDTM) was proposed to implement data transformation from CAD system to Virtual Assembly (VA) environment. The IDTM divided the information of assembled bodies of CAD system into geometry information, topology information and assembled information etc., which could be transferred to VA system respectively. The geometry information transformation was implemented through a Data Transformation Interface (DTI), the topology transformation could be achieved by constructing a Five-Hierarchy Topology Structure (FHTS) and assembled information transformation was realized by means of database technology. The geometry information, the topology information and the assembly information intertwined with each other to form a systematic architecture. At last, an experimental VA system was set up to verify the effect of the IDTM. Result of the experiment illustrates that the transformed information is precise and the display effect is good in VA system.
