摘要
以余热锅炉为研究对象提出了一种基于模块化的快速设计方法。研究了余热锅炉的模块划分方法、知识工程的应用和基于实例的推理技术,通过对余热锅炉设计流程的分析说明了模块化设计的特点,并以水保护段为例,验证了模块化思想的有效性和可行性,证明了将模块化设计思想运用到产品的快速设计中能很好地解决客户的个性化定制需求与产品开发周期较长的矛盾,快速响应个性化市场的需求。
In this paper,a kind of rapid design method for waste heat boiler was proposed.The waste heat boiler module division method,the application of knowledge engineering and instance reasoning techniques were discussed.By analyzing the design process of waste heat boiler,the characteristics formed by modular design were illustrated.Taking water protection segment as an example,it verified the effectiveness and feasibility of modular design,and modular design applied to rapid product design could solve the contradiction between personalized customization and long product design cycle,to rapidly respond the demand of the market.
