胱抑素C在60岁以上人群高血压、糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断意义 被引量:20

摘要 目的探索内源性血清标记物胱抑素C(Cys C)在60岁以上人群高血压、糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断意义。方法 60岁以下无高血压、糖尿病及其他病史的健康人员120例做为对照组一;60岁以上无高血压、糖尿病及其他病史的健康老年人120例做为对照组二;60岁以上有高血压或糖尿病病史及无肾病病史的患者120例做为研究组。采用乳胶颗粒增强免疫透射比浊分析法(PETIA)测定血清Cys C的浓度。结果对照组一、对照组二、试验组Cys C浓度分别为(0.84±0.31)、(1.01±0.37)、(1.05±0.40)mg/L。对照组二血清Cys C的浓度比对照组一有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时对照组一与实验组相比差异存在明显的统计学意义差异(P<0.05),而对照组二与实验组相比,P>0.05,差异尚无统计学意义。结论 60岁以上有高血压或糖尿病病史及无肾病病史人群中血清Cys C浓度相比60岁以下健康人员明显升高,但是与60岁以上无高血压、糖尿病及其他病史的健康老年人相比尚无明显差异。 Objective The diagnosis effective of endogenous serum cystatin C(Cys C) in early renal injury of over 60 years of hypertension or diabetes.Methods Below 60 years of age without hypertension,diabetes and other health personnel with a history of 120 patients as a control group Ⅰ;over 60 years of age without hypertension,diabetes and other health history of 120 cases of elderly people as a control group Ⅱ;over 60 years old history of hypertension or diabetes and no history of kidney disease as a study group of 120 cases.Latex particles enhance the immune turbidimetric method(PETIA) serum Cys C concentration.Results Control group,control group II,the study group Cys C concentrations were(0.84±0.31),(1.01±0.37),(1.05±0.40) mg/L.Second of the control group the concentration of serum Cys C higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),while the control group and experimental group a statistically significant difference(P0.05),Second of the control group and experimental group P0.05,no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Over 60 years history of hypertension or diabetes and no history of kidney disease population concentrations of serum Cys C compared to healthy people under the age of 60 significantly increased,but over 60 years of age with hypertension,diabetes and other medical history compared to the healthy elderly,there is no significant difference.
