摘要 采用反相离子对色谱法测定化妆品中溴硝丙醇等 11 种防腐剂,以 Zorbax C8 为固定相, V(0.05 m ol/ L磷酸二氢钠)∶ V (甲醇)∶ V (乙腈)= 50∶35∶15 的溶液为流动相,添加氯化十六烷三甲胺(浓度为2 m m ol/ L),用磷酸调 p H 值为 35,检测波长为 254 nm 。样品用甲醇超声提取,回收率为 85% ~107% ( n = 6 ),相对标准偏差为 22% ~7.5% 。 Reversed phase ion pair chromatography was used to detect 11 preservatives including bronopol, esters of p hydroxybenzoic acid (PHBA) in cosmetics. Zorbax C 8 column was used and mobile phase was V(0.05 mol/L NaH 2PO 4)∶V(methyl alcohol)∶V(acetonitrile)=50∶35∶15 with addition of hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (2 mmol/L)and the pH adjusted to 3.5 by using phosphoric acid. The wavelength 254 nm was selected for detection. Samples were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic method. The recoveries were 85% 107% and the relative standard deviations were 2.2% 7.5%.
