摘要
本文采用反相离子对色谱法对萘系磺酸化合物进行了分离,选择四乙基溴化铵为离子对,甲醇/水作流动相,研究了离子对浓度及流动相组成的影响,确定了最佳的分离条件.
The separation of naphthalene sulphoacid derivatives was studied on the reversed phase ion - pair chromatography. The mobile phase is methanol/water system with tetraethylammonium bromide as ion -pair. The influence of concentration of tetraethylammonium bromide and composition of mobile phase was in control and the optimum conditions was determined.
