摘要
本文采用紫外-可见二极管阵列检测器,在反相C18柱上,以甲醇-水为流动相,分离17个硝基苯胺衍生物,研究了保留时间与取代基性质的关系以及用积分面积归-法定量的必要条件。
Nitropenylamine derivatives have been separated by reversed phase liquid Chromatogra phy on column RP-18 with mobile phase methanol--water. A UN/Vis. diode array detection was used for peak identification. The influence of the properties and position of the of substituents on the retention value and the simultaneous area quantitation of some peaks were investigated.
