摘要
利用1H-NMR技术对肌酐的测定可行性进行了研究,建立了测定尿液中肌酐的方法.方法的检出限为0.021mmolL,线性范围为0.0~15.0mmolL,精密度为0.23%,回收率为96%~104%.与传统的尿肌酐测定方法相比,本方法具有快速、简单、不破坏样品等优点.
Whether creatinine can be determination by NMR technique was studied in this paper. And the method of determination on creatinine in human body liquid has been set up. The detection limit of this method is 0.021 mmol/L with the linear range of 0.0 ~15.0 retool/L, the relative standard deviation of 0.23% and the recovery of 96~104 %. Compared with traditional methods for the determination of creatinine in human body liquid, this method is fast and simple; and it doesn't destroy samples.
