摘要
在实验室对高炉含锌粉尘进行了低温磁化焙烧-磁选试验研究。结果表明:采用低温磁化焙烧-磁选技术能够有效的从粉尘中提取品位较高的铁精矿,而锌主要被富集到尾矿中。焙烧温度以900℃左右为宜,焙烧时间以30m in左右为宜。焙烧产物采用水冷的方式冷却,可以有效防止产物的氧化。热力学研究结果表明,为了提高反应速度,可以适当提高焙烧温度。
Experimental research on low temperature magnetic roasting—magnetic separation for Zinc-bearing dust in blast furnace was carried out in this paper.The result shows iron concentrate with high-grade can be effectively extracted from the dust adopting the technology of low temperature magnetic roasting—magnetic separation when the roasting temperature is about 900℃ and the roasting time is 30min.The roasted products should be cooled by means of water-cooling because it can effectively prevent oxidation.Thermodynamic study shows that the roasting temperature can be properly improved in order to enhance the reaction speed.
