摘要
高炉瓦斯灰是高炉炼铁的主要副产品之一,产出量大,且传统的处理方法存在成本高、能耗高、污染大、二次资源无法得到有效回收利用的问题。本文以高炉烟尘干法除尘得到的瓦斯灰为原料,搭配锌浸出渣,通过球磨制粒和烟化吹炼工艺,对高炉瓦斯灰进行资源化处理,生产实践证明,对高炉瓦斯灰中的有价金属的综合回收是经济有效的,并且可以推广至瓦斯泥的综合回收。
Blast furnace dust is one of main by-product with large output of blast furnace ironmaking, and there are some disadvantages in traditional processing, such as high cost, high energy consumption, environmental pollution and inefficient waste reclamation. This paper introduces a new process for covering the valuable metal from blast furnace dust mixed with zinc leaching residue as raw material by means of ball milling, pelletizing and fuming technique. It can be proved this new technique as an economical and efficient treatment in dust recycling, even can be applied into the recycling of blast furnace sludge.
