核/壳结构碳基多面体的可控合成及其催化性能

Controllable Synthesis of Core/Shell Structural Carbon-Based Polyhedrons and Their Catalytic Properties

摘要 利用嵌入-膨化法合成了核/壳结构碳基多面体.以碳基多面体为固体催化剂制备生物柴油,在90℃时获得了92.5%的生物柴油转化率.碳基多面体表面能的不均匀分布,使其表现出独特的多面体形态.碳基多面体优先暴露了比表面积较大的石墨烯参与生物柴油的转化反应,并将钙/锌复合氧化物镶嵌于石墨烯片层中,从而提高了自身的催化性能,获得了较高的生物柴油转化率. Core/shell structural carbon-based polyhedrons in different morphologies were synthesized by an intercalation-exfoliation process.When carbon-based polyhedrons are used as solid base catalysts for the transesterification of biodiesel,a yield of 92.5% is obtained at 90℃.The unique polyhedral shape of carbon-based polyhedrons is determined by their anisotropic distribution of surface energy.Moreover,carbon-based polyhedrons predominantly expose their large surface area graphene layers and presented catalytic active Ca/Zn mixed oxides which enhances their catalytic activity,leading to high yield of biodiesel.
