摘要
在直流电弧催化放电条件下制备纳米洋葱状富勒烯,对不同区域的产物进行SEM、HRTEM结构表征并分析其形貌,采用拉曼散射测试相应的散射光谱,与高取向石墨相比,讨论洋葱状富勒烯超微结构对拉曼光谱频移的影响,结果表明,洋葱状富勒烯存在于阴极产物中,且晶化程度高;由于洋葱状富勒烯的量子尺寸效应和直径的不均匀分布,产生蓝移现象,E2g模硬化7 cm-1.
Nano-structured Onion-like Fullerenes (NSOFs) were synthesized by DC arc-discharge. Soots in different regions of oven were characterized and analysed by SEM and HRTEM. Comparing to HOPG, Raman shift appears in NSOFs. The results indicate that NSOFs from cathode area have higher degree of crystallization. In addition, blue shift, E-2 8 mode hardening 7 cm(-1), may be due to its quantum dimension effect and uneven diameter distrbution.
