摘要
采用CVD法制备了洋葱状富勒烯(OLFs),研究了不同工艺条件对OLFs形成的影响,并通过硝酸回流法对得到的粗产品进行了提纯处理。研究结果表明,在相同的反应体系中,采用乙炔作碳源,氩气和氢气的混合气体作载气,制得的OLFs的纯度较高;硝酸处理可有效去除粗产品中碳纳米管、无定形炭和金属催化剂颗粒等杂质,使得OLFs的整体纯度得到提高。
Onion-like fullerenes (OLFs) are prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD). The formation of OLFs is studied in different process conditions and resultant OLFs are purified through reflux in nitric. Results show that purity of OLFs is higher while use acetylene as carbon source, and mixture gases of argon and hydrogen as carrying gases in the same system. Carbon nano-tubes, amorphous carbon and metal catalyst particles are effectively removed by nitric acidtreatment, and purity of OLFs is improved.
