摘要
原油中存在的W/O型微乳液增溶的钙离子 ,用通常的电脱盐方法脱钙效果并不明显。原油钙含量过高会降低催化剂催化裂化的活性。用酸性过氧化氢水溶液对原油进行洗涤 ,通过氧化作用 ,破坏原油中的天然活性物质沥青质中对表面活性起重要作用的 -OH ,能破坏微乳体系 ,有效脱除增溶到胶束中的钙。洗出钙的量随过氧化氢的量增加而增加 ;酸性越强 ,洗出钙越多。用该方法可以使高含钙原油中钙含量小于 10 μg/g ,满足原油后续加工工艺的要求。
The existence of W/O microemulsion in crude oil increases the solubility of calcium ion. The effect of removing calcium with usual electric desalting method is not adequate. A large amount of calcium in crude oil affects the activities of hydrocracking catalysts. In this paper, the crude oil was washed by acidic hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution. The -OH in asphaltene of crude oil, which affected surface activity, was destroyed by oxidation. And then the calcium solubilized in micelles was removed. The results demonstrated that the amount of calcium removed from the crude oil increased with the amount of hydrogen peroxide as well as the acidity of the solution. Using this method, the concentration of calcium in crude oil can be less than 10 mg/g, which meets the demand of succeed process.
