摘要
在(35±1)℃条件下,采用高效厌氧反应器对青岛啤酒股份有限公司的生产废水进行处理,研究了厌氧反应器的启动和运行情况,分析了回流比、温度和上升流速等因素对反应器的影响。结果表明,厌氧反应器的容积负荷可达21 kg COD/(m^3·d),COD去除率稳定在80%以上,出水挥发酸质量浓度低于350 mg/L,平均每去除1 kgCOD产生0.26 m^3沼气。启动结束后,颗粒污泥的平均沉降速度由40.3 m/h提高到73.4 m/h,污泥密度由0.78 g/cm^3升高至1.02 g/cm^3,0.5~1.5 mm粒径的颗粒污泥占66%。同时,在25℃的运行条件下反应器的容积负荷降至9 kg COD/(m^3·d),温度升高后反应器的运行可以较快得到恢复。
The present paper is inclines to introduce our study on treatment of brewery wastewater from Tsingtao Brewery Co, Ltd with high-rate anaerobic reactor. For our research goal, we have investigated the initial chemical oxygen demand (COD) in the range of mass concentrations from 1 500 mg/L to 2 500 mg/L in a pilot-scale 20 L high-rate anaerobic reactor under the condition of ( 35 ± 1 ) ℃ . The reactor was designed to operate continuously with the stepwisc increments in the volume loading rate (VLR) until its maximum limit. In addition, we have also investigated the main affecting factors, including the reflux ratio, temperature, upflow velocity, etc. for the startup and the acting stage of the reactor's operation. The results of our experiments show that the reactor worked stably and effectively for COD removal and gas production. When the volume loading reached 21 kg C OD/(m^3· d), and hydraulic retention time 2.4- 3.2 h, CODremoval efficiency turned to be more than 80% after 55 d start-up operation. The volatile fatty acid (VFA) mass concentration of the effluent was likely to get lower than 350 mg/L under the same conditions. Under the optimized condition of superficial liquid upflow velocity being 1.5 - 6.5 m/h with the reflux ratio of 2 : 1 - 4 : 1, the average bingas production rate could be 0.26 m^3/kg COD. During the operation, the value of granular settling velocity would increase from 40.3 m/h to 73.4 m/h with the increase of granular sludge density from 0.78 g/cm^3 to 1.02 g/cm^3. Moreover, we have found that the granular sludge size was ranging from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm could reach 66% . And now, the proper settling characteristics and sizes of granular sludge were supposed to be able to guarantee the high biomass retention. Thus, when the temperature was reduced from 35 ℃ to 25 ℃, the maximum volume loading rate tended to get decrease from 21 kg COD/(m^3 ·d) to 9 kg COD/(m^3· d).
