摘要 为研究厌氧发酵中添加剂对挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)产量的影响,对天津市大港区污水处理厂产生的剩余污泥进行1个月的厌氧发酵。添加调理剂(木屑、硫酸亚铁和鸡粪),研究剩余污泥发酵前后VFAs和乳酸等各项指标的变化,并与对照组进行对比。结果表明,试验组1的VFAs产量为4.5 mol/L,乳酸产量为9.2 g/L,明显优于对照组,说明添加剂可以促进厌氧产酸,比例为3∶1∶1时,厌氧发酵产酸更为明显。 This study is concerned about the effect of the additives on the process of fermentation acidolysis of the sewage sludge. As a mat ter of fact, in China, sewage does not contain enough carbon in some sewagetreating plants, though, they may produce excessive sludge from the sewage, which makes it necessary to add some more carbon content to the sewage to be treated to satisfy the biological nutrients removing efficiency. So far we know, there exists a kind of popular carbon agent for removing the biological nutrient, known as Volatile Fatty Acids (VFAs) . The socalled VFAs can be made as a kind of indispensable intermediate product for the sludge anaerobic fermenta tion. The said VFAs can help to increase the concentration of the volatile fatty acids in the sludge so as to promote the degradation rate of the organic substrate and the conversion rate of VFAs, thus speed ing up the acid production. As was reported recently, the production of SCOD, especially, the shortchain fatty acids through fermentation of the sludge produced in some municipal sewage treating plants has been becoming greatly attractive. It can not only take advantages of the organic wastes for reclamation and recycling, but also helps to improve the SCOD concentration of the influent. However, since the excessive sludge from the sewage plants contains a lot of pathogens and parasite agents, it is abundant in N and P nutrients. Therefore, there exists a great potential or liability to pollute underground water, surface water and farming soil; and even damage human health di rectly, if not properly treated. It is just for this reason that we pro pose using additives from Dagang Sewage Treatment Plant in this pa per to heighten the yield of VFAs and lactic acid in the acidprodu cing stage, with the excessive sludge treated through the anaerobic digestion.
