摘要
对机械系统中的丝杆机构在工作过程中由于摩擦而引起温升及产生热变形的原因进行了分析,给出了适用于实际工况的温度场经验公式,并以螺纹磨床进给系统中的丝杆结构为例,对其温度场及热变形量进行了近似估算。
This paper analyzes the reasons why the temperature of screw structure in the mechanical system rises by friction and why thermal deformation is caused during the working process,and gives empirical formula applicable to temperature field of the actual operation.In the meantime,taking the feeding screw structure of a grinding machine as example,this paper makes an approximate estimation about temperature field as well as thermal deformation.
