摘要
利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、X射线荧光光谱、吡啶吸附红外光谱等表征方法对β沸石含量分别为20%、40%、60%的Y-β复合分子筛进行了系统表征。结果表明,随着β沸石相对含量的增加,对Y型分子筛的相对结晶度影响不大;比表面积与微孔孔容都相应增加;硅铝比逐步增高,相应的,酸量都有所下降。以正辛烷为探针分子化合物,在固定床微型反应装置上对系列催化剂进行催化裂化试验,在相同的反应条件下,随着β沸石相对含量的增加,分子筛的催化裂活性及选择性都有所提高,稳定性增加,FYB-60的正辛烷催化裂化选择性在500℃反应温度下,相对于FYB-40、FYB-20要分别高出11%和19%。
Y-β composite zeolite samples whose β zeolite relative contents were 40%,60%,80% were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption,XRF,Py-IR and so on.The results show that with increasing of β zeolite content,relative crystallinity of Y zeolite has little change,total specific surface area and micropore volume increase,micropore specific surface area and total pore volume decrease,ratio of Si to Al increases,so acid sites decrease,too.Then the catalytic cracking performance of n-octane on these catalysts was studied in a fixed bed stainless steel tubular reactor.The evaluation results show that catalytic cracking activity,stability and selectivity of the zeolite increase with increasing of relative content of β zeolite under the same conditions;At 500 ℃,catalytic cracking selectivity of n-octane on the FYB-60 is higher than that on FYB-40 and FYB-20 by 11% and 19% respectively
