摘要
ZSM-5基复合多孔材料具有孔道开阔、酸性适宜的优点,适用于酸催化以及含有大分子的反应,在异构化、催化裂化及烷基化等反应中得到了广泛的应用。系统阐述了ZSM-5复合多孔材料的合成方法和工业应用,分析了不同复合材料的优缺点,指出了复合分子筛在催化、吸附领域的应用前景,同时对ZSM-5复合多孔材料的未来发展做了展望。
ZSM-5 based composite porous material has the advantages of open pores and suitable acidity.It can be widely used in acidcatalyzed and macromoleculecontaining reactions and so far it has been widely used in isomerization,catalytic cracking and alkylation reactions.The synthesis methods and industrial applications of ZSM-5 composite porous materials were systematically described.The advantages and disadvantages of different composite materials were analyzed.The application prospects of composite zeolites in the field of catalysis and adsorption were pointed out.Meanwhile,the future development of ZSM-5 composite porous materials was prospected.
