摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备新型镍催化剂.采用微型反应装置,在反应压力为0.78 MPa,氢苯摩尔比为6.5:1,反应温度358.15~633.15 K的实验条件下,研究了在NiO-MoO3/Al2O3-TiO2催化剂上苯加氢生成环己烷的反应.结果表明,在383.15~513.15 K的温度范围内苯的转化率为100%,反应所得环己烷的纯度超过99.8%.
New types of nickel catalyst were prepared by sol-gel method. Their catalytic performance in benzene hydrogenation were evaluated in a suit of mini-type fixed-bed hydrotreating unit. The process was operated under the conditions as the pressure of about 0.78 Mpa;the molar ratio of gas to oil of 6.5∶1;the temperature of about 358.15~633.15 K. The results show that it has very high hydrogenation activity(benzene conversion up to 100%)and good selectivity to cyclohexane(100%)under the temperature of 383.15~513.15 K. The purity of cyclohexane obtained was higher than 99.8%.
