摘要
介绍了独山子石油总厂炼油厂0.4Mt/a柴油加氢精制技术改造的设计特点及云霞经次改造在改动不大的原则下,合理利用了原装置的大部分工艺设备。装置改造后,加工能力达0.45Mt/a,在4.0MPa的较缓和的压力条件下,成功地实现了催化裂化柴油与焦化汽油、柴油掺炼叫掺炼率达30-40%,生产由优质的精制柴油和石脑油,达到了改造的目标,且每吨原料能耗 48-544MJ,处于国内较好水平。
Design features of technical revamping and running of the 400000 tpy gas oil hydrofining unit in the refinery of Dushanzi General Petrochemical Works were introduced. In line with the rules of making few changes, most equipment of the existing unit were rationally utilized in revamping. After revamping, the processing capacity of the unit reached 450000 tpy. Under a mild pressure of 4 MPa, the option of blending and refining FCC gas oil with coker naphtha and gas oil were successfully realized, and the total blending ratio reached 30% - 40%. Superior refined naphtha and gas oil were obtained and the revamping goal was reached. The energy consumption per ton of feedstock is only 481 - 544 MJ, being a good domestic level. Near two year running of the unit indicated the technical revamping is successful. The total investment of revamping is 924. 5 ×10~4 RMB ¥ and investment capital recovery period is 4 months.
