摘要
目的探讨在开展优质护理服务中护理管理改革方法及效果。方法将分级护理原则作为指导思想,改变护理排班模式,实施护士成组责任包干制;简化护理文书书写;对护士进行能级划分,根据能级制订护士专科培训计划;初步实现了能级与绩效挂钩。结果提高了病人对护理工作满意度;护士理论及操作考核成绩提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论开展优质护理服务可以提高病人满意度及护士理论与操作成绩。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing management reform in high - quality nursing service demonstration wards. Methods The specific measures included reforming the nursing scheduling model,implementing the group responsibility contract system, simplifying nursing recording, developing a specialist training plan according to ability grades of different nurses, basically accomplishing performance appraisal linked to ability grades of nurses. Results The satisfaction degree of patients to nursing work and the scores of knowledge tests and skill tests of nurses were higher than before. The differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Carrying out high - quality nursing service can improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work and the scores of knowledge tests and skill tests of nurses.
