摘要
以单相电压型并网逆变器为研究对象,提出一种新型的三态滞环控制策略。该方法是在传统的两态滞环控制的基础上,增加过零比较器,通过优化逆变器的开关逻辑,从而实现滞环控制下并网逆变器的三态输出。该三态滞环控制方式结构简单,易于实现,相对于传统的两态滞环控制具有倍频控制的效果,能在相对较低的开关频率下获得较快的动态响应,输出电能质量良好,且全桥电路中只有两个开关工作于高频状态,有利于降低功率管开关损耗,提高并网系统运行效率。
A novel three-state hysteresis control strategy for the single-phase voltage inverter is proposed. Through adding a zero-crossing comparator and optimizing the inverter switching logic, this method which is based on the traditional two-state hysteresis control can achieve three-state outputs. The control structure of this method is simple and easy to implement, and three-level hysteresis control has the function of frequency-doubling at the same conditions of current hysteresis width and output current. So the faster dynamic responsibility and the good output power quality in lower switching frequency can be obtained with the three-level hysteresis control, and only two switches in the full-bridge circuit working at the high-frequency state, which helps to reduce the switehing losses and imorove operational efficiency of the systems.
