光伏并网逆变器滞环电流的自适应控制 被引量:3

摘要 在传统两电平电流滞环控制的基础上,提出一种能动态调整滞环宽度的自适应滞环控制算法,建立自适应算法的几何数学模型,应用于光伏并网逆变器的控制系统。以Matlab/simulink为系统仿真平台,在Matlab和Psim的接口模块Simcoupler建立单相并网逆变器的主电路和控制电路,分别构建光伏阵列,最大功率跟踪控制,自适应滞环宽度计算器和两电平滞环控制器的仿真模块,最后构成以光伏模块、直流电容、单相全桥PWM逆变器、滤波电感和电网为电力元件的光伏并网逆变系统,以自适应滞环控制器对逆变器进行开关频率的控制,仿真结果表明采用自适应滞环控制的逆变器,能动态调整滞环宽度而保持开关频率不变,在开关频率较高的情况下,使注入电网的电流具有良好的电能质量,与电网电压同相,功率因数为1。 Based on conventional two-level current hysteresis band control, an adaptive hysteresis band current control algorithm featured dynamically modulate hysteresis band width was presented in this paper, and its geometry and mathematical model were derived, which will be used in the application of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter. In the platform environment of Matlab/Simulink and the interface of Simcoupler between Matlab and Psim, the simulation modules of photovoltaic array, maximum power point tracking, adaptive hysteresis band width calculator and two-level hysteresis band controller were built based on the new mathematical models and novel algorithms. Finally, the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system composed of photovoltaic array, DC link capacitor, single phase full-bridge PWM inverter, filter inductor and power grid was created, and the adaptive hysteresis band controller was integrated into the inverter system to control switching frequency. The simulation results indicate that the switch frequency can be fixed constant while dynamically and instantaneously modulating hysteresis band width, the inverter current injected into power grid will have good power quality on the condition of higher switching frequency, synchronization with power grid voltage at the result of unity of power factor.
