摘要
本文综述了国内外植物种质离体保存技术最新研究进展。科学家们已发展了一系列行之有效的离体保存技术体系，进一步建立长期、安全。
The latest advances of techniques for in vitro preservation of plant germplasm resources are summarized in this paper. Scientists have developed a series of effective in vitro conservation techniques. It is our aim to further establish long_term, safe and suitable in vitro storage techniques and for germplasm conservation and to probe genetic variation.
